1. Scope of Services

VMD GenIQ provides forward-deployed AI engineering, product delivery, and architectural consulting services for enterprise B2B clients under agreed Statement of Work (SOW) terms.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

All work product, custom code, model configurations, and deliverables created during paid client engagements are assigned to the client upon full payment under work-for-hire terms.

3. Commercial Terms & Invoicing

Engagements operate under fixed-scope outcome sprints ($75k-$150k), diagnostic scorecards ($15k-$25k), or monthly retainers ($10k-$20k). Invoices are issued under registered MSME Udyam credentials with valid GST / TRN details.

4. Data Processing & Confidentiality

Both parties agree to execute standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) prior to accessing proprietary systems or sensitive regulated datasets.
